Is there an open source version of a stack overflow/Q&A software (that's fairly decent)? If not, somebody should build it.

Specifically for Consumer Electronics devices + casing? Trying to see if anyone wants to work on a new type of casing for HTPCs. Lots of interesting problems to solve: airflow, space arrangement, etc.

Starting to work on something that's specifically for the college market. It's also .edu email restricted (similar to how facebook was at first). I wanted to run some of the thoughts by current college students on HN. Stanford/Berkeley/SJSU and any other sf bay area schools would be a huge plus, since that's the geo that I'd most likely launch at first. Hey guys, trying to find a list of apps using Sproutcore. I put together a list using Cappuccino here: http://www.cloudomatic.com/tag/cappuccino/ , saw that someone then search for sproutcore afterwards, which made me think of tagging apps with Sproutcore would be useful.

ps- Looking for real web apps that people can sign up for/use, not strictly tech demos.

Hey everyone, a friend of mine in Miami is looking to do an ad network with an international focus. He basically wants something like fusion ads (display ads, simple tracking, no payment integration needed either). Is there anything out there similar to openx?

I had it up for a second on my iPad and when I went back to read it again after accidentally clicking out it was gone. I post here often enough, so I'm not hoaxing. Here is what I remember:

- Google, Bing, and Yahoo

- Uses Nitro JS engine. 30% faster than previous Safari.

- Integrated Safari Reader confirmed.
